    New PowerFactory release 14.0.519 available

    Dear all,

    We are pleased to inform you that as of today our latest build of DIgSILENT PowerFactory, 14.0.519.0, may be downloaded from our homepage.

    Most important enhancements are:
    - Compatibility with Windows 7
    - Revised Tie Open Point Optimization
    - Simplified way of defining Feeder objects starting at a busbar
    - Improved Voltage Profile Plot

    Please note that either a valid maintenance contract or a valid guarantee period is necessary to access the Support Area.

    I install the latest release of DIgSILENT PowerFactory (14.0.519.0) which is compatible in my lab top but the software dose not work and it gave me this notice.

    DIgSI/err - Invalid serial number !
    Please restart PowerFactory

    But the serial number is entered correctly and it is working with windows XP.

    So, I am requesting if you have any solution to use this software with windows 7.

      Dear Adil,

      You need to do the followings:

      1 Download the latest version from disilent support area.
      The latest upto date version is PF-14.0.519.1_2.exe

      2 Run the program.

      3 If you still have the error right click on you PF desktop icon ---> properties ---> compatibility ----> select compatibel mode ----> windows XP
