On December 19th, 2011 we launched our new DIgSILENT Customer Portal for PowerFactory support services.
The new system considerably improves our support services and offers substantial advantages to our clients.
These advantages include:
- Support query tracking
- File exchange
- Access to the DIgSILENT knowledge database with detailed searching capability.
The DIgSILENT knowledge database includes manuals, technical references, FAQs and more.
In the download area you will find current PowerFactory releases with the related documentation and model libraries.
This system replaces the previous e-mail based PowerFactory support system.
All support queries are now processed via the DIgSILENT Customer Portal.
Before using the Portal, you need to register your user name, please use the link :

Use above links to fill the form.
Every user should register him/herself to be able to use the Customer Support Portal.
For the process of registration, you need valid company name and password.
