Feeder Load Scaling
In this example a load flow should first be calculated. Notice that feeders are defined throughout the network. Define a voltage profile for a particular feeder noticing that the associated graphic is an active graphic. It is possible to edit the plot parameters and the colouring of each branch in the diagram according to the loading variable of the load flow results.
The load scaling of the feeder is activated from the “Load flow” command. Active and reactive power values are set to predefined values which are the total amounts of the active and reactive flows at the start of the feeder. Also notice that loads for which load scaling is to be applied are configured by checking the “adjusted by load scaling” option on their basic data pages.
The results with and without feeder load scaling can be compared.Tags: None
